Project "Artistas del barrio" 2018, Lady Elizabeth is part of an Open Gallery Exhibition in Lavapies, Madrid, Spain.

Inspired by Lewis Carroll's novel "Alice in Wonderland," this photo series tells the story of Lady Elizabeth who walks through a mystical, dark and misty forest. She discovers some colourful mushrooms and feels hypnotised by their beauty. Elizabeth takes a bite of the mushroom. Suddenly, her environment becomes alive, nature starts speaking to Elizabeth and integrates her into the unity of all life forms. Elizabeth hallucinates, her fantasies and dreams swirl with reality full of wonders and ecstasies.

"Start at the beginning," the King said very gravely "and continue until you reach the end: then stop" (excerpt from the novel "Alice in Wonderland" by Lewis Carroll). The last photo of the series shows Elizabeth in the sky with her friend the caterpillar whom she met in the forest, capturing the moment when the caterpillar crawls on her cheek.
